Credentials



Marion Eichner

Marion, coming to us with the most experience, has successfully run a small Daycare in home for over 13 years. In addition to the children that she has raised through her work as a child care provider, Marion raised her own two children and has had much experience with young ones, growing up in a family with 13 brothers and sisters and over 25 nieces and nephews! Marion also spent 7 years working as a paraprofessional for the Butler School District, working with both mentally and physically challenged students in the Intermediate and Senior High Schools. Before becoming a business owner, Marion gained a lot of experience in the financial world of business while working as a Controller for Kerr’s Furniture Showrooms in Butler.

Dayna Wright

Dayna earned a Degree in Parks and Recreation from SUNY Cortland near Syracuse, New York. Dayna has taught in a preschool setting for over two years, as a Group Supervisor at both Mt. St. Mary’s Child Care Center in Lewiston, NY and Valley Child Care in Phoenix, AZ. Previous to working in a preschool setting Dayna spent several years leading summer recreation programs for the Town of Porter Recreation Center in Ransomville, NY. She also spent a portion of her college life working with at-risk-youth at the Elmcrest Children’s Center in Syracuse, NY. Before relocating to Pennsylvania, Dayna spent three years gaining business experience as a clerk for a large motorcycle corporation in Phoenix, AZ.

Jennifer Osterman

Jennifer earned a Degree in Elementary Education with a focus in Early Childhood and a minor in Special Education from Slippery Rock University. Jennifer has five years of experience as an Assistant Group Supervisor at the SRU/SGA Child Care Center. During this time she worked with preschool and school-age children in a State Certified, NAEYC Accredited facility. In addition, Jennifer worked for three years as a Summer Park Counselor for the Butler County Recreational Association. Before opening Little House Learning Center, Jennifer taught Middle School Science at Butler Catholic School for two years.

Little House Learning Center is dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing environment in which your child can grow and develop. Our award-winning educational program provides hands-on experiences fostering the development of your child intellectually, physically, socially and emotionally. We carefully arrange our center to provide age-appropriate activities encouraging social interaction and independent discovery. Everything from cars to puzzles, paints to books, and blocks to games, provide your child with opportunities to learn by doing.
